First, the safe operation of pumping powder

When pumping powder, open the tank top dust remover for 1 ~ 2min. After pumping the powder, open the tank top dust remover for 1 ~ 2min. The clogged or damaged filter element of the dust collector should be cleaned or replaced in time. The tank top safety valve regularly checks whether the powder is agglomerated and fails.

Second, prevention and treatment of dust on the top of the powder tank

Cause: The filter element of the dust collector is clogged. When the powder is pumped, the pressure in the powder tank rises. For example, when the pressure of the safety pressure valve at the top of the tank is adjusted, the safety valve opens and the ash gas runs out of the safety valve. Causes the top of the tank to ash.

Prevention and solution: Before pumping the powder, start the vibrator on the top of the tank for 1 to 2 minutes to shake off the dust on the filter of the dust collector. After the pumping is completed, open the tank top dust collector again for 1 to 2 minutes to shake off the dust accumulation. Also need to clean the filter element and safety valve regularly.

Third, prevention and treatment of dust return problems

Phenomenon: After the bulk material conveying truck finishes feeding the powder material tank, after removing the conveying joint, powder material returns to the ground from the powder material tube, which pollutes the environment and causes waste.

Reason: The filter element of the dust collector on the top of the warehouse is clogged. During the feeding phase, a certain positive pressure is formed in the powder tank. After removing the ash delivery pipe, a part of the floating powder is formed and returned along the conveying pipe; The feeding amount exceeds the outlet of the conveying pipe. After removing the ash conveying pipe, an excess part of the powder returns along the conveying pipe.

Precautions and solutions: clean up the dust collector filter on the roof; check and repair the loading level gauge.

Fourth, prevention and treatment of ash leakage problem

Reason: Conveying pipe clothing is scoured and worn by materials, making it easier to wear through turns.

Prevention and solution: Frequently check the easy-wearing parts such as elbows. If excessive wear is found, replace the parts or repair the worn-out parts.
